Job Description

  1. Greeting or welcome the company visitors
2. Get all the customer's complained and solve problems for customer in timely manner
3. Negotiate with customers and transfer problems to other related departments in order to solve as soon as possible
4. Receive customer payment and follow up
5. Design and implement department policies and procedures
6. Organize office operations and procedures
7. Liaise with other offices / departments
8. Admin related database
9. Administer contracts and highly confidential documents
10. Administration letter (In & Out-documents)
11. Develop student filing
12. Event and protocol management
13. Release letter to parents, memo and announcement
14. Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries
15. Support new term / academic year process
16. Support HR on employee personnel file (non-confidential)
17. Archive: evaluate, select, retrieve and arrange documents and materials (students, teachers and staff)
18. Purchase products
19. Handle proper record of data
20. Supplier management
21. Communication with all suppliers
22. Attend all meeting required by the organization
23. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager
24. Well cooperate with other departments and ELT Campuses
25. Perform other duties as assigned and may be required

Job Requirements

  1. Graduated BBA in the field of Administrator & Marketing or related business
2. At least 2 year-experiences in Admin (in school business is a plus)
3. Good knowledge of Admin and protocol
4. Good at computer literacy
5. Good at communication in English
6. Strong interpersonal skill and commitment
7. Fast learner, dynamic, team spirit, and flexible
8. Good time management and work as a team
9. Proven work independent, less supervision, and be able to work under pressure
10. Honest and good behavior
11. Positive attitude, honest, friendly, fair yet firm
